We will send an e-mail back to you in a few days with the answers to your  inquiries or a suggested itinerary and the rough estimate of the tour price, which can be modified later on requests as far as possible.

When you are happy with the planned tour on the desired date, please make a reservation with the on-line payment of the following deposit in Reservation Form.

DEPOSIT:  6,000JPY per a party for One-day Tour

          　　　 4,000JPY per a party for Half-day Tour

The deposit is part of the tour price and not refundable when cancelled.

The payment shall be treated as 'Planning Charge' (the amount of our handling charge for the Customed Travel Plan). 

We are officially registered Travel Agency and strictly comply with General Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of Travel Agency Law issued by Japan Tourism Agency.

You are requested to read and accept Terms and Conditions, otherwise stated on this NOTES before making reservation.

Reservation by e-mail on the Internet at least 2 weeks in advance is requested.

Insurance is not included in the tour price.

Please make sure to have your own insurance appropriate to your needs before joining the tour.

Upon confirmation of your payment by Kyoto Travel Agency, the tour contract is concluded. Please pay the rest of the tour price at the meeting point before the tour starts in cash. Credit cards are not accepted.

In case of cancellation, contact us as soon as possible by e-mail.  You need to make at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation before the tour date.  Otherwise, a 100% cancellation charge (full amount of the tour price) applies.
